Relay does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information or data to external servers. The app operates entirely on your local network.

Video Streaming

All video streaming occurs directly between your devices on your local WiFi network. Video data:

Never leaves your local network
Is not recorded or stored by the app
Is not sent to any cloud services or external servers
Is transmitted only to the device(s) you explicitly select

Network Discovery

Relay uses Bonjour/mDNS to discover other Relay devices on your local network. This discovery process:

Only broadcasts your device name and port number on your local network
Does not send any information outside your network
Can be stopped at any time by exiting the app or switching modes

Analytics and Tracking

Bifrost Relay does not use any analytics, tracking, or telemetry. We don't know who uses the app or how it's used.

Third-Party Services

Relay does not integrate with any third-party services, APIs, or cloud platforms.

Camera and Network Permissions

Relay requires camera access to stream video and network access to communicate with other devices. These permissions are used exclusively for the app's core functionality and are never used to collect or transmit data outside your local network.
